1. Service Agreement
By using Sweet Online’s broadband services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and any changes made to them in the future.
2. Service Coverage
Sweet Online provides broadband internet services within Dhaka city and its designated service areas. Service availability may vary depending on network feasibility.
3. Installation & Equipment

Installation charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of sign-up.

Sweet Online may provide a router or ONU device, which remains the property of Sweet Online unless purchased outright.

Customers must return company-owned equipment upon termination of the service, or charges may apply.
4. Payment and Billing

Monthly charges must be paid in advance by the due date.

Late payments may result in service suspension or disconnection.

Reconnection charges may apply.
5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Unlimited packages may be subject to a Fair Usage Policy to ensure network stability and quality. Excessive or abusive use may lead to speed throttling or service limitation.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing their own network.

Illegal activities (e.g., hacking, copyright infringement, etc.) using Sweet Online’s services are strictly prohibited.

Misuse of the service may result in immediate termination.
7. Service Disruption
While we aim for uninterrupted service, occasional outages may occur due to maintenance, power failure, or technical issues. Sweet Online will not be liable for any losses during such interruptions.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any customer data collected will be used only for service delivery, billing, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
9. Service Termination

Customers may cancel the service with at least 7 days' notice.

Sweet Online reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or policy violations.
10. Changes to Terms
Sweet Online may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
